Owner, Save & Life Squad

At Save a Life Squad, we believe that everyone has the power to make a difference in an emergency. As the founder, I'm a passionate and experienced first aid trainer with over 15 years of hands-on experience.

Our mission is to empower individuals, schools, and communities with the knowledge and confidence to act when it matters most.

Over the years, we’ve delivered high-quality, practical first aid training across numerous schools, workplaces, and community groups, always aiming to make learning accessible, engaging, and relevant.

where it began

My journey into first aid is deeply personal. As a childhood epileptic, I experienced first-hand the fear and confusion that can surround medical emergencies, especially when people don’t know how to help.

Years later, when our own daughter Ivy was diagnosed with Epilepsy, we found our family once again facing the day-to-day challenges of managing this condition,  especially within school settings.

That experience has given me a unique perspective and an even greater drive to help parents, educators, and caregivers feel prepared and confident.

During a training session in a local school, a primary school teacher said something that truly resonated: “There’s hardly any first aid training available for our students.” That moment sparked a new direction for Save a Life Squad, why not start teaching children themselves?

our mission

Now, we’re not just focused on training adults. We’re dedicated to creating fun, age-appropriate, and empowering first aid programs for kids, helping them become confident, capable, and potentially life-saving young heroes.

Because it's never too early to learn how to save a life—and sometimes, the smallest hands can make the biggest difference.
